Build a Website - Database Configuration

I have a website which is not complete. Now this is supposed to be a directory website with various articles and such. The website was built using a premium non-directory theme from themeforest. And the directory was incorporated using Sabai Directory plugin. Now the website is good and finished. But the Sabai Directory seems to be faulting. There is a database of over 120,000 entries, now the plugin developer said to only load 2500-3000 entries at a time. So i split the database into various small uploads. And after about 45,000 entries upload it stops working. I create a jQuery code to plug in to firefox firebug which submitted the fields automatically, but I do not have time to upload entries one by one. I need a absolute expert to take a look at everything and see if it is functioning properly and maybe identify the fix, and make the correction. I need this done today. Budget is not huge on this as it is not a huge task for an expert.
