Website Quiz Design Specifications

I need a rough draft (design & technical specifications) for a website online that will administer testing. The website will be hosted on a Windows 2000 Server; the programming language that will be used will be ASP. The database used will be Access or SQL Server 2000. Please deliver technical documentation that can be handed over to a website designer. I will modify the technical specifications after one has been delivered that includes the following. Website must have an administrator section that a facilitator can change the questions. The website must keep track of how long an individual takes to complete the test. The website must keep track of how many times the person has taken the test and his score. Questions must be displayed to the user randomly. No two tests can be the same. Questions must be grouped in three categories Difficult - Average - Easy. One test at a time for one user. One user can not be logged in twice. Test must be session based. After compellation of test, an email must be sent with the grade notifying one of grade, time completed user that completed a test. Administrator must be able to enter student and password. Password will then be sent to the student with the user name and password. The username should be displayed in a drop down. There will be a maximum amount of students. I need a rough design specification and technical layout of a website for administering quizzes quickly. Please bid on this documentation if you have done a website similar and have documentation. I will modify this documentation in the future. This website will be a complete website built around administering quizzes on line. Please include information about all pages, to best of your ability. I am not looking for a fully designed website (however I wouldn't mind :) it would be nice), I am expecting something to start building from. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Please deliver a simple word document that includes images, diagrams, and flowcharts. You may also use Visio if needed. If you are creating a prototype, you may use Visual Basics, html, whatever. Just let me know the format you plan to use. Anything is good! ## Deadline information Please write the documentation in English.
