We Need A Fulltime Json Programmer

We are in need of a fulltime Programmer, Developer. That will help with some basic and advance programming on our website. Please kindly quote your hourly rate or monthly fee. We are currently looking at taking offers from another network using their api and we want to converts this json file into csv file then upload into our network. Secondly we want to use our own api and list our offers on our main network. I can explain better for the right person. Please only bid if you are confident you can help.
