you listed many things,
-you don't understand bridges totally, there are ordinary bridges and there are obfuscated bridges. first one don't hide you are using Tor, BUT you can use obfuscated bridges that HIDE that you are using Tor.
-of course, instead to believe to bridges of other people, better to rent servers and make your own obfs bridges. I know for ordinary bridges, you can have them 3 and that's enough, but I didn't check for obfs bridges, maybe you would need more than 3 in order to make successful connection, it means if you want your own bridges, you will need 3 servers and maybe even more. that's not cheap, because most hosting companies that accept tor node, they are expensive.
-so, you can find servers by yourself or I can try to do it for you but you must pay for it, I will not rent server for you because I don't know what you will do with servers later. but you must find hosting that accept tor and even payment with bitcoins.
-by the way, it is total control of your connection inside of tor network if you want tor exit node in your possession. I never tried to setup obfuscated bridge to be connected to your exit node, but maybe it is possible, we could research it. Possibly you would have to setup tor client at your computer to use exit node which belongs to you. when you rent servers, I can install bridges for you and I can test it from my computer too. but my bid is only for instructions, not for installation of servers. ... 20 characters left...
