fix jquery so both versions will run at once

I just need someone to review my jquery lines. I have two items that use external JavaScript source files and each works alone but only the later item in the code works when both are on same page. I know this is a noConflict() fix, but I just don't have time to dig into this script to resolve.
I want someone to parse through the 2nd script files and adjust the code so both the photo slider code and the Countdown date will run at the same time. I hope it's a quick fix for someone more versed in Jquery than I.
