Data Extraction / Google Charts API

I have already purchased developed code to extract a specific page url and insert that data into the database. However this code, needs to be modified as new data is on page that needs to be extracted, and do not have contact with previous developer. Looking for long term partner on this project as there will always be updates needed as they may change their page layout on the page that needs to be extracted. There is also the same page that needs to get extracted with a user/password that gives more information. Will also need to take data from database and make charts using Google Charts API. I will provide outline of what type of chart and what data is to be displayed on chart. Will be approx 10-15 charts. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Attached are the previous files. This is not large project and this needs to be completed withing 30-45 days, communication is a MUST have with google chart and Gtalk.
