I need to develop a cutting edge Real estate website for Peru's Market. This website is intended to promote all types of properties for sale, rent, exchanges, temporary stays, corporate units either residential or commercial new or used, furnish or unfurnished. This website must have all the tools for todays market and new gadgets not developed or interfase yet, such as detailed search,circle map search by radies,live chat ,directories, agent profiles, etc. The site is intented to be market for the public by diferent agents, such a real estate agents, builders,landlords, investors, corporations and for sale by owners. The site must be able to creat new accounts, manage and track sales and inquires, management tools,e-marketing and campaigns,accounting,social media interfases, control panels, advertising sections, video uploading, unlimited picture uploading,etc. I already have the designing at 70%. I have it in jpeg format for the programmer to work on.I can send design pages in psd too.
