Simple: We need a web-designer, a very good one, that will also integrate the sliced html in the site.
Bid for the design layout and the integration of html in a dating script like ae or a auction phpprobid script, a freelancer script etc.
We had already good designers that would do this job for under 100, actually 65, so that is what we are looking for again.
If you can´t accept that, please do not bid.

DON´T FORGET TO READ OUR REQUIREMENTS:
ps: the bid is for the design and integration of the layout in ONLY ONE of those scripts. I have given you 3 examples because if can be any of those as we have a lot of projects going on.
Off course if you do a good job we may hire you to do more.

Requirements:
0. I will ignore:
01 – Bids with no messages
02 – Messages that do not answer to the project questions
03 – Messages that have information that I did not request
1. I only deal with the freelancer, no middleman. if you are not the person who are doing the task, don't bid
2. Project development will be made over msn messenger or yahoo messenger or google talk messenger.
3. Project timeline starts to count as soon as you accept the bid.
4. You are expected to finish the project according to your bid deadline, and that includes modifications after my final revision, so you need to submit to my approval your final delivery at least 24h before project deadline. In case you fail to do that and project deadline is extended, we cut 5% of your bid for every extend day.
4.1 After 3 days passed i cancel the project and give you a bad review
5. You are supposed to send your messenger id the same day you accept the project, and schedule for an online meeting
5.1After accepting the bid and after your doubts are clarified via msn messenger you are required to show the work done every 3 days unless other agreement is made via messenger in the first online meeting
5.2 If you fail to show the work done we reserve the right to cancel the project
6. You must develop the project in an online server in order for us to be able to review development anytime.
7. When you send message stating your interest in the project, you should detail all your doubts.
8. You may be asked to sign a NDA that we send you to your email registered at the freelance platform. (Non Disclosure Agreement)
8.1 Even if we do not send you an NDA, you are not authorized to make public that the work you have developed was done by you. We may be hiring you for some client of us, and therefore you must waive all your copywrites to us.
9. You are responsible to develop the work you develop for us without violating any copyright law.
10. You must speak good English and you should communicate to us in a correct manner without use of improper language.
