Incentivized Offer Site - cashcrate

What I am looking for is a site similar to [login to view URL], [login to view URL] What the site is is where users signup and in the members area there are offers for them to complete. There is also a referral system where users who refer members earn a % of the earnings their referrals make and then they also earn a % of the earnings that their referral's referrals make. Please note that there are still certain details that are missing but this SHOULD include all the main features of the script. -Referral system (as described above) -Offer page: Okay it lists all the offers, default it is sorted by Newest (descending order from the newest added offer down). Then it has a dropdown menu where they can pick how to sort it, either Newest, Payout (amount they receive for doing offer) or Most Popular (offer that has been approved for the most users). Now the offer name is a link to the actual offer itself and beside each offer it has a description, the payout and a button that says "Done". When they click Done that removes the offer from their list of offers to do and adds it to their pending list. Now the pending list is where offers stay for a maximum of 14 days, once the offer has been in the pending list without being approved for 14 days it is removed and re-added to the list of offers. On this page it shows the exact same info as the "available offers" page but doesn't include a link to the offer or the "Done" button. This must all be automated. In the "approved offers" page it shows all the offers that have been approved and has the same information as the pending list. Once an offer is here, it must stay here forever. Must also all be automated. Only offers that are available for the country that that person has signed up for will showup on this page. (more on this in the admin area.) Now there must also be a script built to import csv files from the affiliate networks that approve the offers for the users that have done them. -Earnings page: Shows the amount they have earned from doing offers since last payout, the amount they have earned from referrals since last payout, the amount they have earned since the last payout in total and then the total amount they have been paid before. This page will also show how many 1st level referrals they have, 2nd level referrals and their referral URL. -My Account page: This is where they will change things like their email, password, mailing address - ONLY admin allowed to delete someone account -Logout: Clicking here will log them out of the website and take them back to the index page. -Registration page (these boxes will also show up on the index page, where they can register there). So the registration form will have the following boxes: First Name: Last Name: Email: Password: Confirm Password: Country (drop down box that includes the following countries: Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany and Others for example) So when a user signs up, it sends them an email that includes their email, password and referral URL. I will use a id system for users, so 1st user to signup is 1, 2nd user is 2 and so on. The 10,000th member to signup will have the id 10000. ADMIN AREA: The admin area will include the following pages: -Edit users: Here I will be able to view and edit ALL the information for any user that I can search by First and Last name, email or ID. Offers: Here I can edit and add new offers. I will give more details on this page when programmer is chosen but it's just a basic form that includes selecting which countries the offer is available to. Each offer will be given an id based on when it was setup, example 10th offer added is 10, so that when userse click on an offer it is actually given as [login to view URL] or whatever. Payment section: Here I will be able to process payments, this is a VERY important part of the site. What will happen is that I will click "Process Payments" and it will take all the users that have earned atleast the minimum payout ($10 or $20 or whatever) and move that earnings to their past paid out. If they have not earned the minimum payout then nothing will happen and it will roll over. If they have then their earnings for the current pay period will all be reset to $0 (offesr done, referral earnings, total earned for period). It will then give me a file that includes the ID and the amount that they are to be paid for each user that reached the minimum payout. It will archive this file as well as it is not lost at all. Config: Here I can change things like the referral comissions for the 1st and 2nd level, the URL, and so forth.
