REST server example for C#

We need a working example of a RESTful web service for updating a customer record and retrieving a customer record.? ? We need this programmed in Visual Studio 2008,? using C#.? ? The service need do nothing more than write a diagnostic file of the info that was posted, or respond with a dummy request to the get. ## Deliverables We cannot find a good example of programming a RESTful web service using VS2008 and C#.? ? We are willing to use WCF, or work without it. I need an application that demonstrates: A PUT request: ? ? ? ? [http://<domain>/POC/1234][1] 1234 is a resource ID.? ? The payload of the request is an XML document describing this client.? ? The content is not important, as long as it is made available to the function that processes the request. And a GET? request of the same syntax that retrieves the data associated with client 1234.? ? ? The response is not significant... as long as it is generated from within the function that processes the request. We are just looking for a working example, runninng on our sandbox server.? ? We can do the rest of the coding.
