Functional Specification Document Writing & Project Plans

My Name is Patrick Knight. I am CIO for a Mobile Phone SMS Technologies company in Sydney Australia. I am looking for someone or a company that has extensive experience in writing functional specification documents and project planning documents for the development of software and web applications. I have a number of ideas for software applications and web applications that I want to get created. I need someone that is highly intuitive, inteligent and experienced with software architecture and project specification document writing. You need to be able to take my ideas and guidance and write the documents and plans needed to build the products and applications. Using software like MS PRoject 2003 may also be an advantage. I dont mind if this work is taken on by 1 person or a number of people within a company, but I need reliable people that I can count on. Experience within the mobile phone sms technologies and/or web technologies would be a big advantage also. There will be regular ongoing work available if I am happy with your work. Thanks Patrick knight CIO ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows MS Project 2003 (not requirement)
