Create a Website

I want to create a service website. This service website will enable my clients (real estate agents to gather information on my service. My service is that I help real estate agents for free with setting up their social networking pages on the internet. Such as facebook, twitter, youtube etc. I want this website to be an extension of this and more. And I want to try and keep it free. I think I would like the websitebuilt in WP 3.0 which intergrates WPMU as I would like the clients to be able to build a blog and also use the website as a free blogging platform for these agents. This I dont think will be hard work to create. If we get along I would like to have a further working relationship with the coder as there will be personal websites the agents will need as well. I have attached a document which shows how I would like the website to look. ## Deliverables What the service is going to be is for the real estate agents. What I want to do is have them come to the site looking to get further reach on the social networking platforms. This website is giving them a service where they can enquire and then I give them a price for what solution they want. Then my team that I have will set them up with respective accounts on the social networks and if they choose so my team can add content to these social networks so they do not have to. The site is mainly for the benifit of the agents. As they will be the ones in the long run paying for the service to have there profiles etc up. to strt with i will not be charging anyone anything while i try it out. I am nice like that. generous. :) For the agents there focus is to register with the site first. to at least get in on the database. this way email marketing can kick in. after that they will ask for my service to set their social networks up, there profile on the site and their blog on the site(if the agent wants one). This way they get set up with the networks ready for the public to find them. The public coming to this site will probably most likely find the blogs. As they as search engine friendly. But they may come to the site home page and then somewhere they will need a nice link to say find an agent which will take them to page 14. from there they can search the agents they want to find.
