They can manage subscribers (delete, search, insert, blacklist, unconfirmed users by double-opt in/ opt-out). add own fields like name adress, age, interest. 5. Each webmaster can see his accounting and his bills by pdf. 6. Defineable header and footer of the newsletter. footer including an individual direct unsubscribe link. 7. Option for Single or double opt-in subscription, single or double opt-out unsubscription. Customizable emails for single or double-opt-in and double opt-out by the webmaster. 12. Customizable, individualizeable html templates for verify, subcribe, delete, etc. (Must be kept in the database in oder to place tags in it like 24.) 13. Newsletter-Archive: Every sent newsletter is stored in the database. The sent newsletters can be seen in the Web-Directory (Funktions for the Surfer) Webmasters who didn´t send their newsletter with [login to view URL] can also use the archive. They can define an pop3 email account where the qlist software automatically gets the newest newsletters an puts them automatically into the qlist archive under the webmasters account and displays the newsletters in the archive. 14. Link-tracking: every link can be tracked in the newsletter. The webmaster can see which user has clicked the link, and how often it was clicked. There must be a menue to enter the links to be tracked. Url encoding is also needed, to keep the links in every web-browser working. 15. Import and export own users. Bulk import by a html-form. Not more than 1000 members at once. Total export of the whole adresses for backup, etc. 16. Webmaster can have their custom sender adress. for example newsletter@[login to view URL] 17. Bounce management. Non deliverable emails are marked and a counter can be set for it. When it reaches a maximum the email adress will be listet as undeliverable and no longer recieve any mails. The webmaster has to provide his own pop3 email-box access data to get the bounce management working. 18. If the newsletter crashes during it is sent, the webmaster can restart the newsletter at the point it was crashed. therefore a log-file must be written. It must be possible to close the browser after starting to send the newsletter without stopping or interrupting the sending process. 19. The webmaster can cancel the sending process. In a statisic he can the the sending progress in percent (5.897 mails to send. 589 mails send. progress 10%) 20. Since Qlist is a german-service all the text in the menues must be transferred into german language trough us. therefore the text in the templates and code must be editable in an extra file. 23. The most common way is that an image-tag is placed on the single or double opt-in html page like: www.affiliateplatform.com/cgi-bin/newemailadressforaffiliate=123&adress=new@adress.com.gif.
