I need all of the exact same functionality including the advanced features, but please assure the "look and feel" of the GUI is clean and consistent in design, as I have found out the hard way in the past, customers WILL quickly reject an unusable interface. A good example of what I am looking for in the [login to view URL] admin control panel. Go there and check it out for yourself>>> [login to view URL] Basically, the control panel breaks down categories and sub-categories, but displays it all visually, like a site map. A full demo is required before installation on my server. I also need installation instructions once the project is complete. Please do not include any source that isn't properly licensed into the project. I require all associated ownership (master/reseller) rights needed to make any changes to the code when necessary at my discretion. No encrypted code please because I want all associated project deliverables at the project's end, such as any and all source code, documentation, help files, etc. If you already have a similar script (like the software at [login to view URL]), great!, but still need all the advanced functionality of Getresponse.com. The features include: unlimited autoresponders and follow up autoresponders, unlimited message length, password-protected online control panel (for admin and client), personalization features for emails sent out, tracking features (for leads and responses), database access for admin and client, automatic "cleaning" of the mailing lists (bounces, etc.), anti-spam filters for incoming email, import and export features for databases, backup and restore features for both admin and clients, email broadcast entire lists, ability to attach files to autoresponses, click tracking to determine where in a particular email a lead has clicked, ability to "spam-check" messages, the ability to determine how many subscribers actually opened the message (the number, as well as percentage),the ability to (optionally) switch account to a "confirm opt-in" mode, so subscribers must confirm their intention to subscribe before they are added to a list, the ability to add a special link on an email to receive the next email in a cycle of messages immediately, ability to send HTML-enhanced messages, an HTML "Cut-and-Paste" form "wizard", the ability to add custom variables, etc. A couple of additions I need for this clone: A sophisticated affiliate admin control panel, with these features: Ability to pay certain affiliates more or less depending on what I want to pay them (percentage or set rate), the ability to generate PayPal masspay reports for my affiliates, and the ability to support and pay out recurring affiliate commissions (payable by PayPal). The only thing that will NOT be required, but would be nice, for this project is the list-builder service feature. Feedback will be delayed for the vendor until bugs, if any, have been eliminated from the software, or for at least 30 days after product delivery. I think this will be enough time for my team and I to weed out any bugs. I just need the software to work properly when it is delivered. Budget for this project is not much, so don't bid outrageously. This is just a project for an autoresponder, but with additional features. Although I probably won't offer much in the beginning, if I am satisfied with your work, I can put you on a regular retainer / salary for my other ongoing projects.
