Seeking website developer for construction of a video sharing website.
Note: This website is NOT a Youtube clone.

Website requirements:
- User created video categories which will be displayed on the main page and will be searchable
- Videos will be uploaded to user-created categories
- User-created categories will be organized by several predetermined main categories and subcategories which can be searched, filtered, organized, and saved into user profiles
- Individual user profile profiles should track all categories created and videos they have uploaded as well as the ranking of each
- User-created categories and videos within categories will be displayed on page in order of popularity
- Video and category popularity ranking system will
1) ranks videos within its designated category as well as overall across all categories
2) ranks categories based on popularity.
The video ranking system will be based on the following variables:
- # of unique hits per day
- average rating from the “Video feedback system” (Video feedback system will allow users to rank individual videos on a scale of 1-10)
- # of users voting on the video through the “Video feedback system”
Website developer must have a completed body of work that can be evaluated by our team here.
Developer MUST be either available for regular in-person meetings/updates in New York or readily reachable (via cell phone) at all times.
Please note that this website will require multiple iterations and requires an individual who is very responsive to deadlines and has the capacity to make multiple iterations over an extended period of time. This is a project that will require a significant time commitment on your part. Please do not respond unless you can make such a commitment and will be responsive.
