I need an excellent WordPress programmer to create a WordPress 2.2 compliant Plugin.

The Plugin will allow the admin to simply enter a URL into a form.

The Plugin will snap two screenshots of a webpage.

- Thumbnail Screenshot

- Regular (larger) Screenshot

The screenshot should not be of the entire page, just the upper portion of the web page.
