PHP Program Modifications - PHPExcel and TCPDF Modifications

We have a PHP-based web application (program) in which employees enter data about customers in several online forms and the data is stored in a MySQL database. The program uses TCPDF to generate PDF reports and PHPExcel to create a Microsoft Excel download of specific data from the MySQL data. If you are bidding on this project you should have a strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, TCPDF and PHPExcel. For this project you will be making modifications to an Excel download, TCPDF report, MySQL database and PHP logic. PLEASE READ THE ATTACHED DOCUMENT FOR DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS PROJECT. Any modifications that are made to the code must be well documented. If you have any questions or require additional information, please ask. If there is anything that is unclear, please ask for clarification. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT that you fully understand the requirements for this project before bidding. Good communication is also very important to us. Only bid on this project if you will be able to check email regularly and respond promptly. Once these modifications are complete we have a long list of other modification that we plan to make to this program immediately and we are constantly modifying the program so there is the potential for ongoing work. The successful bidder will have an opportunity to work on future modifications (and other projects) if they provide quality work, complete the project on time and communicate well.
