Bootstrap Form Validation for Essentials 24 Website Upgrade

We are doing a major redesign of an interactive Website. The Design and CSS is completed. It is built in a Bootstrap environment. I would like to add form validation and some unique actions to various page. I am somewhat familiar with how Bootstrap form validation works, but I think I may want to use something more enhanced like ([login to view URL]). I am open to suggestions. What I want to be able to do is provide a programmer with what kind of validation or special actions I need on a page and then have them modify some existing files to get that to work. I will take most of those modifications and place them into the interactive code. I know how to do all of the database calls and I know how to post the data. I just need a lot of help with the Bootstrap, jQuery and Form Validation. The files the CSS designer posted are what you will be working with.
