Overview: Currently, I use a third party fulfillment site where I manually enter order data for them to make and fulfill orders. What I want to do is automate this process for myself and my clients. The Project: What I want is a web-based site/script/service written in PHP with MySQL that can automate and manage this fulfillment process by communicating between my shopping cart and the fulfillment site. Here's How I Want It To Work: The script will receive notice of the order from a shopping cart / third party merchant system like [login to view URL], [login to view URL] or InfusionSoft.com. The script will then dtore the information in a MySQL database and post specific data in a certain format to the fulfillment site using a provided XML web URL. The script will store all the orders, receive an update status from the fulfillment site, display this information in a user area and provide the option for handling both one-time orders or reoccurring "subscriptions". Reoccurring subscriptions would be where the person gets a CD or DVD every month. The script will have to receive a notice from the shopping cart to verify they have paid for the month, then send the order data to the fulfillment site. Site functions: (1) allow an end user to set up an account; (2) allow the end user to enter the data to set up a specific product in the system, select the shopping cart / merchant service and select whether this is a one time or reoccurring order type; (3) handle order data as described above; Once a coder is selected, I'll provide a link to the XML site along with the parameters. Easy script for a smart, experienced programmer. Don't "practice" on me, I need this done quick with zero problems.
