Webcam & Audio capturing flash client

Only bid on this if you have done similiar webcam capturing flash clients before. User Case - The user will login to a admin area where there unique id is - then the flash player will look for available webcams and audio inputs and create a local stream which you can see in front of you. In the background the flash client will examine internet bandwidth available on the users network to dicate quality of audio and video during possible broadcasting. Then there will be a button to press to GO LIVE which communicates to a central streaming server (which we have already) Deliverables - All flash client for webcam and audio capturing logic. - Scripts for examining local bandwidth & controlling stream quality to fit bandwidth speed. - All scripts for connecting to user database and all logic behind.
