Single Google Translate Page Made in DreamWeaver or Flash

The page I need made is fairly simple. There will be textbox that utilizes the Google Language AJAX API(documentation: [login to view URL]). A fully functional example of what I need is here: [login to view URL] (it is the top example). The only thing that will need to be changed are some minor graphical elements. Please see the attached [login to view URL] to get a sense of what the final page will need to look like (in terms of layout and rough coloring-I'm not a graphics designer).? This page will need to be saved as an adobe AIR application.
