Senior Technical Project Manager Required Paying USD25 p/hr 40hrs p/week ongoing

We are a web development company with long term projects and support contracts in place. We develop micro sites right through to large CMS and CRM systems. One of our current projects is the development of a medical practice management system. We need a full time technical project manager to code and deliver our ongoing projects. This is a permanent position and not a short term or part time job. The right person can expect years of full time work. We currently use a number of overseas resource. Some have been working consistently for us more than 3 years. You will be managing and working with them as well as us. Please see the detailed requirements section. You will be managing and working with them as well as us. You must have strong knowledge of PHP, CSS, Javascript, MySQL, Linux, Apache and general knowledge of web development. Should you be selected for a final interview you will be required to complete a monitored on-line test of your PHP, CSS, Javascript, MySQL, Linux and Apache skills. You will need to get at least 75% or above to qualify for the position. You can check your skills level at [login to view URL] Some type of tertiary qualification is preferred. This must be a valid qualification from a recognised university in your country. We will require copies of your qualifications and will follow up directly with the institution to confirm the validity of your documents. You must have at least 2 years project management experience and be able to break large projects up into work packs for mid level and junior coders. You will need to have large framework and IA design experience. You will need to communicate on a regular basis with coders, check their coding and screen-shot sequences to ensure they are delivering the work correctly. There will be a number of project management based administration duties required on top of coding/development, you will do as the senior coder and project manager. You will need to have a strong understanding of English and be able to communicate quickly and clearly both typing and speaking. You will be involved in a number of SKYPE video calls every day, mostly with us but also in a conference type situation with clients, so you must be a confident communicator of English. You must be 25 years or older to bid. You must have a good computer and be able to perform various technical work associated with web development, like cross browser testing for example. Knowledge and use of programs/frameworks like WAMP, Oracle VM Box, Dreamweaver, CodeIgnitor, Concrete5 and so on are preferred. You MUST have a stable and fast Internet connection. You will need to upload and download large files of 100mb+, on some occasions, via FTP. You will need to use SKYPE and TEAMVIEWER together, every day and on regular occasions, so fast and reliable Internet is very important. You must have a good work environment. If you work at home it must be free from children noises and similar distractions, especially when you are in a SKYPE call with clients. You will need to work between 35 to 40 hours a week. Your working times will need to sync closely with Sydney Australian East Coast time. For example if your city is 3 hours behind you will need to start your working day at about 7am and finish at around 3 or 4pm. These times can be a little flexible for you, with in reasonable terms. You can only work on our projects in this time frame. You must be available for SKYPE Video and TEAMVIEWER meetings during those times. We will pay USD$25 p/hr. Please bid USD$800 on this current vWorker job, which is 32 hours pay. We will be creating a short list of bidders. If your bid is accepted you will have this first weeks pay released, when you complete the full weeks work, clearly show you possess the skill set required and accept/complete the following offer of 1 months full time work. It is very important you are able to work full time for us on an ongoing and long term basis. If you are planning to continue working for another company or other clients or wish to do this work part time DO NOT BID. We will be happy to negotiate payment process after you have completed a full month of work with us. We deal direct only. If we accept your bid we will provide you with a simple standalone exe screen shot tool, which all our overseas workers use. It does not run in stealth mode, does not have to be installed, is very simple and safe to use. It will take a screen shot each minute. At the end of each working day you will send us your screen shots for that days work. We will pay you based on the number of valid screen shots provided. For example 7am to 3:30pm would be 8hrs excluding 30 minutes for lunch, so we would expect around 480 screen shots. So all SKYPE/TEAMVIEWER calls, administration work, coding and resource management and so on, will be included in your screens. We expect to pay you for all the time you work but this must be represented in the screens. We do this to provide our clients with valid evidence of work completed and is one the reasons our company is growing so fast. We even screen shot our own internal workers here in Australia to provide for our customers with full transparency. At that point we will also ask you for a scan of your passport to validate age and identity. We will need at least 3 valid references from reputable companies including a contacts from those companies we can call. We will need your tertiary qualification and information so we can contact the institution to validate your achievements. We will require a SKYPE Video conference call at which time you will also need to sit a test with TEAMVIEWER running so we can watch you complete the test in real time. Please DO NOT BID if you cannot meet these requirements. If you are successful we will accept the first week bid amount then release the first week bid amount, when you accept and complete the 1 month bid work. From that point on we will continue to maintain a 35-40 hour per week work relationship and pay each month.
