PHP/MySQL Project

Before Bidding: 1. 4+ years PHP, MySQL experienced. 2. We not allow any milestone or advance money, after job complete full payment release. 3. Read full requirements carefully. Clone Joomla 3 but different way. For this project we need 100% ScratCH. MVC framework need scratch. I can give you html backend and front end and site template (need to convert to our system). All template is responsive and compatible with IOS and android and with all browser. We need create framework according MVC pattern. So this framework will help us to complete module/ template programming faster and secure. User/User Permission/Menu/page (form or content)/tab/Template and module can be Manage. Backup database. Help. Few Field, dropdown, tab & button = page/form, Few page/form = 1 module, Few module = complete admin site, for public site: backend can create module/page/menu. Form/ Page builder like [login to view URL] (after login u can see how can create form). Req: 1. Expert in PHP5, MySQL, HTML5, AJAX, JQuery, Javascript, XML, MVC pattern, CSS etc. 2. Can’t put developer info at the backend or frond end. 3. Make sure faster site download and more secured. 4. Code should be clean and secured. 5. All form and list should as like my sample. 6. All data Export / Import excel, pdf, excel & printable. 7. User permission for user and user group By Menu, Page/form, Field, button wise. Read+add+edit, Read Only. I will give you detail in attachment. 8. In the Backend we need one Menu, user, page/form, module & Template Manager, Backup, Help. here can install/uninstall template/module. Its like module manager. Our front end html template, need to convert it to php. I will provide you 3 html template need to be convert php). 9. Compatible Manage Data ware house (if few years data, so server cant be slow) and archive system like. 10. Need to provide us Manual for developer to create module, create template, System Architecture and flow chart, Module flow chart and user manual. 11. 30 days support after delivery. 12. Total requirements may another 15% extra work need to be done. 13. Developer should provide us source code and necessary code to us within every day 6 pm. 14. We will discuss to fix any problem every day morning. 15. Final UTA one week before delivery than payment release. 16. Admin will set the logout time. 17. Template Dashboard icon need to arrange accordingly to menu. 18. Any things can’t be duplicate. i.e menu, article and etc. 19. All dropdown should be searchable, select, add and edit (add and edit can popup). 20. Give me fresh installer and module, the module i will install and test. 21. CMS Web installer, Module/Template installer 22. In the setting page we need few more field. 23. Need to prepare one front end and one public site template and some module, Send me zip file, I can test install and uninstall. We have rejected previous application due to following reason: 1. Some are use object oriented code and some area use functional/procedural code, Some are use inline code. 2. Total system built in normal case switch structure. 3. Every save/update/delete button statement use in separate nomal if condition. 4. It is a huge software not normal CMS. It is application CMS type software so current project existing code now become out of control. 5. And some area did not follow security issues. 6. So many if else use is too bad code. 7. And also use too many unnecessary include file. 8. Whole system was not built any deep thinking. 9. It is ok for only simple CMS not any large application or secure application. 10. And also some area use wrong database design. 11. Backend Design not more sharp. You must overcome all of our previous problem and gives us a good and beautiful project.
