E-commerce Website Fully Dynamic Site will be E-Commerce - HTML with Flash Insert - Home page: Direct links to 5 to 6 featured brands (showcased). -Additional brand located on the left navigation through a drop down menu. -Main Page will encompass direct navigation to all other pages of site. - Banner Ad space at top of site: These banners can be uploaded through the admin software - Featured Items/ What New: Add monthly featured brands or Lost leader products to drive traffic. - Promotional page: Contests, free give away, promotions to accumulate mailing lists for future marketing purposes from visitors who are not purchasing. - Search Features: Customers can search for items by designated criteria - About J. Brands - Customer Service: This section will include multiple links for service orientated questions and information. (Return Policies, FAQ's, Shipping Info, Payment Policies & Options, Insurances) -Education: This section is to educate customers on diamonds and care instructions - Contact Page - Email contact form - Branded Diamonds Page- -Individual branded diamonds page where customers can view information and branded materials for diamond cert companies such as GIA or EGL. -A view inventory button that will automatically tell the diamond database to sort and show only those branded stones. Customer can then sort, view and purchase branded diamonds. -Individual branded diamond sections can be created by adding a logo, copy, background and updating the diamond database with a new inventory. -Diamond inventories will need to be in one format to ensure complete uploads, criteria below. ** Diamond Database - Complete and thorough description available on every diamond: -Sorting by advanced search of diamond criteria, (4 c's & price ranges). Ascending & descanting. -Certification images will be linked by the lot number (+.jpg) -Certifications will be uploaded by FTP -Updatable through the administration software. -This database will encompass all diamonds including the branded stones. -The branded diamonds page will automatically sort the main database to show only those particular branded stones. -All diamond lists must stay consistent to template to upload properly any variations can cause errors. -All data lists must be supplied in an excel document. -Site administrator is responsible for uploading. *DYNAMIC SOFTWARE INCLUDES: Collection software for each brand - Image management system with Administration software to allow the customer to add, edit, sort, remove and upload their own product. Ability to add, delete categories and subcategories for new products. All main content can be dynamically updated. Ability to add a new brand (a new branded jeweler), logo, copy, About us and main product layout to show individuals brand and it's own collection of 50 updatable products. All collections products must be able to be purchased through the shopping cart. All orders will be sent to the site administrator and an additional email order will then be sent to the vendor for fulfillment. *Statistics Software for admin to track unique visits.
