73564 Instant Message & Chat Script

I need a chat and im script that has already been developed that can be easily integrated to an existing web site built in PHP and MySQL. It needs to allow members to be able to IM each other.I need to be able to restrict use to members, allow private and public chats, create new rooms etc. Would like to see a demo of the chat/IM please and details of the product.
