I require a application made for Android platform then other mobile devices Iphone etc. of the attached book. brief:- a daily self check app to check your actions and then tick or cross out according to actions (see book) end of the month, press a button to total the number of crosses for each question , if above the average figure add 1 , if below add 0, then total these figures and send to a preassigned email address. with the users name and other information ( yet to be decided ) and to reset the data (but also have option to keep backup of some sort.
