Full upgrade of a Joomla 1.5 Website to Joomla 3.2 together with all functionalities and extensions. The final website must be fully operative and working without problems! Please apply only Joomla professionals.
Current website is running on Joomla 1.5 with a RocketTheme template. The website has the Jomsocial extension installed with users registered to it.
All content must be migrated to a new RocketTheme template running on Joomla 3.2 (We will give you the template). The categories must also be imported. Content using the K2 extension must be reassigned using only the Joomla default categories. All menu titles must be the same and the way information is displayed should be similar to the current website. Some CSS, or graphical modification may be needed on the new template.
The Jomsocial extension, with all its users and posts, must also be imported onto the new website, and upgraded to the latest version. Where possible, also reinstall all other existing extensions, apart for K2 which is no longer required. In the case an extension is no longer compatible I need to be informed in order to find and install one that serves the same purpose.
All SEO and Sitemap extensions must be reinstated.
Template and software
- The new Joomla 3.2 Rockettheme template together with installation package will be provided.
- Jomsocial extension upgrades will also be provided.
- Other extensions being used: ARI Quiz Lite, Phoca Download, My RSS Reader, JCE Admin, My RSS Reader.

Can get this done. Do have a load of experience with DB migrations, Like the k2 back to Joomla sort of migrates. The rest should be pretty simple as they are basic upgrades/installs etc.
I will, and prefer to do it this way - all the templates etc available then a copy of the database. Will build the site separate to the current site (locally initially) for testing etc. Once in the right place, load to a server.. mine or yours again for test purpose, get it right, changes wanted to CSS, bugs etc. Then go live and update the outdated data only.
