Looking for Freelance Web and Graphic designer

Freelance Web and Graphic Designer based in Dubai. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Design website from scratch or by adapting existing website software and graphics packages to meet business requirements. • Test the website and identify any technical problems • Design brochures, company presentation and other printing materials such as certificates and letterhead. • Builds user interface applications and back-end databases using various programming and scripting languages. • Design and develop static and animated banners • Work closely with Managing Director SKILLS: • Minimum 5 years of experience in providing high quality web design including CMS, e-Commerce, Flash and highly customized PHP and full CSS websites. • Talented and versatile both in creative design and programming skills from website animations, graphics to seo, sms and other applications. • Proficient with HTML5, CSS3 with strong focus on responsive web design. • Excellent portfolio, designed and developed website for prominent companies in the UAE • Good Communication skills in English
