Finish partly completed drupal website

As the project name suggests, this project is to complete a website which has been approx 80% completed. The original team were not able to complete it so I now require someone to finish the job. The website is based in drupal. The website is similar to an ecommerce website but without a checkout system, but it displays products in the same way. You will need to be very familiar with Drupal, and ubercart add on for drupal and other add ons. What remains to be done: 1. Finish html/page build of the product catalog pages (product detail page 40%, category pages 70%) 2. Finish contact form with attach file 3. Complete header and footer design and build 4. create sitemap 5. add article section 6. complete navigation design 7. finish the contact system for product (instead of buy now, contact options) 8. the website has been translated into a second language, we need this implemented. 9. test, check for w3c compliance, seo friendly etc and make live. The onus is on time so please only bid if you meet deadlines. Payment will be upon completion only. More details can be given via PMB prior to commencement.
