Website with Live Video Feed basic layout

There is only a couple of things I need done here, the page to be worked is going to be quite simple and to the point, ill post a detailed description of what I want 1) Live video feed, this is going to be the heart of the site. I will be online X X X days, and this will show on the days i specify on the main page via back end, ill be able to edit the days im online and what times. I connect via webcam from my ouse and do a live broadcast for one hour on the days i specify. People will be able to come and see me, however after the first 2 minutes, it will remember their ip and block them from viewing more for free. They will be presented with an option, to buy a membership, a week one, a daily one (like a ticket), monthly one or a 3 month one. This will be remember from their subscription via paypal IPN and talk back to the site and let me know if it went thru and put them in the proper group accordingly for which they purchased. When it is over, it will let them know accordingly via email and the website. I will need to be instructed on a good webhost (currently using godaddy) so i can streamlive video feeds. 2) Layout is simple, black with Live feed in the middle of the page, couple menu buttons will be purchase subscriptions, previous shows (only can be viewed by people with subscription) I can also edit these videos (delete, add or edit length; maybe be able to record parts of some shows and they get saved on the server as a AVI or WMV or flash. On the upper left corner of the site I want it to look like a construction worksite, really nice graphics, not to heavy but not to cheesy, also the Live feed box, WILL be flash, like when im not online, it will look like a closed vault, and when im online it will show online, and they click the vault to get in, and it animates really nice with really nice sound. I want the buttons to be flash as well. There should also be a contact button. 3) be able to record some of the shows I do via front end when streaming. Also the people that are registered on the site CAN watch for the 2 minutes if they didnt purchase anything and all people can chat in the box with me while live streaming. I can also ignore some, kick some, or ban some, however it will indicate who is paying and who is not. They can chat to me, however they cannot chat with other people in the room, only me. Also I can choose whether or not other people can see other people typing, this will be a global setting. I would like this site done asap.
