WEBSITE DESIGN + PHP + FLASH PROJECT (Professionals Only Please)

WEBSITE DESIGN + PHP + FLASH This is a straight forward project, it won't need to be fully completed because we are still pitching ideas to add to the website everyday.. But we do have details of what we need done for now: Website design: We have a basic idea drawn up on paper of how we want the site to look. These will be emailed to you. FOR NOW: "We need the website layout done "We need the flash work done (Kind of a flash video player, 3 will show. They will rotate around each other. Won't need to be able to play video for now. Just need to get an idea of how the home page will look. That's it for now. When this is done and has been paid for we will pass on futher details to continue the work on the site. If we are please. You will need to read and sign our 8 page NON-DISCLOSURE AND NON-CIRCUMVENTION AGREEMENT which will be emailed to you. Deposit payment will be made before start of project and we will decide a decent deposit together as client and web developer. WHO WE DONT WANT: We refuse to deal with middle men. We want to work DIRECTLY with a web developer and his team not a middle man who wants a cut out of the project money which normally causes them to charge more. We are a strict group of people so we will not beg, if we feel you are not what we are looking for then we will immedietly look else where. We have no time to waste on this project and need to get it going. Payment will be made through PAYPAL only. Most importantly we would like to see only 5 examples of your past work. Graphic design, Website design, Flash, PHP work even thought you won't being doing any php coding just yet. That is all for now.
