Video upload site (no template needed)

Hi, I’m looking for someone who is knowledgeable in php, html/css, and some flash. The site will be a video upload site where users can upload and share their videos, somewhat like youtube but not as extensive. The template is completed and coded as you can see in the pictures below. Your job will be to make everything work. Please post previous work with your replies. Below is a list of things that will need to be done. 1. Make my coded template ie compatible (about 1% of it doesn’t look right in ie) 2. Install my template into Joomla. This includes all login/register functions (register, forgot pass, reset pass, etc…). 3. Integrate Ffmpeg/Ffmpeg-php – This will be used for server side encoding and creating thumbnails of videos [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 4. Integrate FLV Video pack (the thumbnails will need to be under the player, not on the side) [login to view URL] 5. Do the following custom work… Home [login to view URL] -Show upgraded users videos and info in the featured videos section. -Show newest uploaded videos and info in the recent videos section. Should be done for all pages it appears on. -Show and rotate affiliate banners. I should be able to add/remove them from the joomla backend. -Show date Register [login to view URL] -Make the register function work Top 100 [login to view URL] -Show the top 100 videos and all info. More pages should be added as more videos are added (1-9, etc…). Search Results [login to view URL] -Should show title, user, rating, description, and game (maybe thumbnail) -Should be multiple pages if the results can’t fit on one page -User’s should be able to search by three options Change Password [login to view URL] -Make it work Contact [login to view URL] -Make a contact form that has with a way to prevent spam Error [login to view URL] -Show all errors Reset Password [login to view URL] -Make it work User Page [login to view URL] -When a user registers they will be given their own page ([login to view URL]) -Like stated above, the video player will be proxus FLV pack with the thumbnails under the player. -I need to be able to change the ads from the joomla backend -It should say the username of the person where it says “User’s Videos" (MSG’s Videos). -All video info should be shown when the thumbnail is clicked and the video is played -Videos/thumbnails should reflect what the user uploads/deletes Upload [login to view URL] -Make it work -It should say their upload limit (chosen by their account type) -There needs to be a max character limite for title and description -Need to make an upload progress bar like shown in this picture [login to view URL] Video Management [login to view URL] -This section should reflect the videos a user uploads/deletes. User Control [login to view URL] -Make links bring users to the specified page(s) Other -Login should change to user control when someone logs in -There should be four account types; Free, Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each one should have the settings shown on the upgrade page. The free account should have 50mb max upload and 5 max videos. It should show the rating , but it should change when a user puts their cursor over it. They should be able to vote by clicking on the star (5 stars – 10 options). Once they have voted they can’t vote again, and the stars won’t change when they put their cursor over them. -When someone logs in “Register” should change to “My Account” (in the header). This should bring them to their video page. -There needs to be a way to prevent people from wasting bandwidth
