Few Developer fail to do this - Can you do it?

I need a website in that you can add a youtube link or mp4 video link and you can watch your video simultantly with your friends how that works 1. When user go to website he will see a button create ROOM. 2. if user click create room he will go to a page( [login to view URL]) and he can enter a youtube link or mp4 video link [login to view URL] that he can send the link of page [login to view URL] to friends so all friends that click on that link will see the video added by first user and can see the video in same time (simultantly), if someone click pause to that video it will pause to all users, if someone stop it will stop to all users, if someone seek it will seek to all users, so video will be sinchronized to all users ________ you can see a this website [login to view URL] coz its same as i described. but in my website i want just simple functions so users can watch video at same time FIRST CHECK [login to view URL] and see how it works after that bid I WILL CHOSE THE LOWEST BID
