PHP uploaded documents wordcount

We need PHP solution to count number of words and letters for an uploaded document in all these formats: TXT/MS-WORD/RTF The final coder is in charge of merge this code into a pre-existing website. (more details available per request) Note: 1) The code has to be in pure PHP, not COM, not installation of any software and/or library like: DOCCAT, Antiword etc... 2) The wordcount has to be accurate and work with all major languages (English/French/Spanish/German/Chinese etc...) NOTES: -We DON'T need to read the content of the document, we only need the exact word-count (how many words and how many letters) of the uploaded documents; - The code has to work with all versions of Word, version PC and Mac; - We need a pure PHP code solution installed on our own server, processing through another server is not acceptable; - No place holder bids is permitted. All bids without mentioning any minimum relevant technical details will be dismissed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
