PHP survey report generator

Looking to build a php based survey data report generator. This tool will allow the user to slice-n-dice survey data to specifications and then print the document to pdf format. This tool must be linked with an existing survey building tool (the links are easy)in order to gather the needed survey data. See the attached documents for a full and detailed discription. Coder requirements: (These are not optional) 1. Availble to the buyer via IM or telephone at least 4 hours a day, during business hours 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Central Time USA. (again this is not optional) 2. Willing to work at a changing target. The notes I've included are extensive but I'm sure I've been too vauge at points. I need a coder who is willing to work at a somewhat changing target. Of course within allowances. 3. A coder with considerable php experience. A survey/polling background is a plus. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Apache Server PHP
