We require a PHP/MySQL extranet to be developed using an existing framework.

We require good communication, daily updates on the progress of our projects and all deadlines and requirements to be satisfied. If you are unable to comply with any of these requirements please do not bid.
## Deliverables
1) Daily communication on project status.
2) Upload of fully-functional program(s) at least 24 hours prior to project deadline so that we can address any bugs or changes required.
3) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
4) Deliverables must supplied with installation instructions and be in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment by project deadline.
5) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
6) Documentation of system setup (the way it has been put together) and installation procedures.
7) Assistance with installation as and if required.
