1. I need a simple website, no flash, nothing fancy, but nice and clean. Clean code too so it displays on all browsers, especially 5.0 and later versions of I.E. as well as Macintosh versions of these browswers 5.0 and up. Work done by the winning bidder should have my company's name at the bottom:

"Website design by (my company's name here)"

It will be 4 pages in total. Quite simple, quite easy work.

2. I also need the hired coder to loan me his "website URL" as a reference of my own company. This should be for a minimum of 6 months until I can build up my own list of references. Since I am just starting out, I have lost serveral potential clients because I couldn't produce a list of previous work when asked, "can I see your company's (employee's) previous work?"

That is why I need your website URL. You will allow me to list a site that you personally own, as previous work by my employees (which will be you if I hire you to do these projects). Having at least 1 or more references will bring me more work, which in turn I will pass on to coders here at RAC, most likely the same person whose URL the client liked.

You can bid for either #1 or #2 or both. Ideally, the bidder I hire should be the same person as the website owner that will allow me to list his/her site as my reference.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
