Bid Processing application

This will be an addon to my existing site and will accept changes design wise and program wise. There will be email and sms notification upon submission of data to that form. The data displayed will be based on user access rite, and in that part of data will be hidden to certain group. The process begins in the following manner: a) (Buyer)User visits the our site b) He places his requirement, Mainly he will be placing item no, Item description, quantity, UOM ( Unit of Measurement) and Expected price. There will be other couple of single line questions which will be in the custom forms with different type of fields.. All this information should be posted to the table and which be displayed on our website in iBlock section but all or certain fields will be hidden and could ONLY be seen by certain groups of user. Perhaps it will be parameterize. Upon successful completion our employees (One or more particular Group) will receive sms and email notification. c) After receiving the notification one or more of the user will log on to the site and final check the data and evaluate the RFQ and will announce it publicly. d) When its public the sales department or general public based on rights will be submit their bids on that RFQ which could be multiple and these bids could be seen by the Buyer (Which be defiantly registered on our site). Each of our salesmen will submit a Bid which could be similar to each other and all the guy at sales could submit multiple bids. As you can call his best plan. e) Now there are 2 departments involved in this process and I would like to reveal some information and hide some based on the rights they are assigned to. And ofcourse the admin group will be able to do anything which they like. f) Now when the RFQ is public and have received multiple bids the originator have rite to accept what ever package/Plan he likes and purchase it online and print his copy of invoice and could track the order progress/Status. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
