Magento extension to print shipping address labels

We are looking for an extension either developed as new or existing that can be modified that will allow us to print shipping address labels from the Magento order screen. The printer that we will be using is a Zebra 2428 Label Printer or simular. We need to be able to 1. Specify the layout of the label design including 2. Customers Shipping Address (ability to strip out blank lines) including font size etc 2. Return Address (will be different for each website) including font size etc 3. Ability print the Postage Paid Australia Priority stamp in the top right corner. [login to view URL] 4. Ability to include a reference number ie Order Number. 5. Ability to strip out certain text from print on the label ie N/A when Magento only has a First Name and no surname Any questions having to discuss via Chat.

Hi Jamell. I did custom shipping prints for Magento, i able to build fixed print pdf according your needs(for example if you scan existing as sample) , it will not be impossible to change the layout.. as shipping label generation hard coded,etc. Other thatn that the rest is possible.
