Magento landingpage with html/css tabs

Hello, I want a landing page just like this link [login to view URL] It should be split in those 3 rows like this, I just want the tabbed section to be to the left. A text in the middle and the case picture to the right. There should be a drop down just like the one that they have with details about the case. My shop are in magento, so it should fit to that, and I'm using a theme called ultimo with grid system, so the rows should be no problem. I could do that by myself, I need you to make it possible to make the tabs in there so they fits and the "drop-down" so that works.
