VoIPCO VRI-PTP (Point-TO-Point) Design Notes & Criteria VoIPCO requires the design and source code of client GUI that will run on ALL Windows operating systems starting with Win 98 through XP additionally code must be compiliable to run under Linux The GUI client interface must allow our in house development team to interface our C++ VoIP communications engine application code to interlace directly into the GUI.
