We have a Philips hitag RM800 Long range reader device which uses a defined protocol for communication with the PC. The protocol document is available from Philips ( [

There is a seperate .Net application, with the business logic. The coder needs to integrate it and deliver to us the completed application.
The application will allow us to write a predtermined code into the RFID tags, Hitag 1 and another one being Hitag-S
The .Net application will poll keep waiting for the presence of the first RFID tag (Hitag 1). Once it will detect it, it will read the code that was written into it, and then search for the code in the second tag, Hitag-S. It will then return the comparison, whether the two codes were the same, or different. The date, time and result of the comparison, and the code will be written into a database, which can be an access database to start with.
Once the application is sent to us, we will physically connect it to the reader and test it with the two types of tags. Coder should cater for at least one day of fine tuning effort.
