ColdFusion Custom Tag

I am looking for a programmer that would be able to write an API for PowerMTA. (mailing software). We need to build a C++ program that will allow us to create a multi-part e-mail message that includes both HTML and Plain Text in the same message. Useful information: 1. Will need to have experience in developing CFX for cold fusion in C++ 2. Need to develop a CFX_PMTA API that can send multi-part email Please contact for more information - should not be hard to do, just no experience. ## Deliverables Complete source code of all programming work done Must meet the preformance requirements of 8000+ messages per Min on our Dell server (should be easy) ## Deadline information Just ASAP
