Voice Chat - VoIP Client and Server

I am looking to starting my own Voice Chat community. I am looking for something similar to that of Paltalk. Please visit : <[login to view URL]> to view an example. Thus, it will require the creation of a CLIENT and SERVER program. The software must have: 1. Buddy Lists 2. SUPERIOR Voice Quality (Thus the use of a superior voice codec) 3. Conference Rooms etc. It must be similar, yet MUCH better to that of Paltalk, because I am planning to become opposition. The best thing is to download Paltalk and see what i'm looking for. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
