Hotel and Private Room booking site. We use Travelocity Inventory (XML interface) and own inventory (private rooms in homes and apartments, vacation rentals, extended stay hotels, and small hotels). You must use asp.net to code site. You will develop all graphics (we provide some) and all asp.net code to perform required functions. You will develop code for site visitors (anonymously) search all inventory(ours and Travelocity’s), select choice of room, register on [login to view URL] single signon site (we provide DB and code), login to our site and book room. When user books room, request sent to WCT via xml, or booked directly on our site. On our inventory, property owner must be notified via email. Ability for property users to register and list rooms for daily or weekly rental. Ability for owners to check guests in and out. We collect payment for private inventory up front weekly, collect our commission and we forward payment to owner. You will not need to code back office function for payments of owners. All inventory must appear as if from our site, when guests search for rooms. Guest enters zip code and desired price range of room and you list rooms with availability for guest to select and book. Must code to Tamion standards. Sales volumes must be stored in Tamion central database for affiliate tracking. Ease of use as important as functionality. Must use poup calendar and our own city search engine (we provide code). Code belongs to Tamion Corp. This is work for hire. You, as Developer, retain NO rights to code developed by you. Third party components require pre-approval, in writing(email), before use. Expected completion is 45-60 days for 1 full-time mid-level developer. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 2003 server, SQL Server 2005 database, and asp.net 2.0 code in VB.net. Session variables must use database for scalability.
