PHP Joomla com/mod to upload, search and generate table

Hi, We would like to hire a programmer for the following task : We would like to create a simple Joomla Component/Module to do the following : 1. Ability to upload statistic data in excel/csv format as in the attachment . 2. Ability to upload/import data in bulk using CSV file format 3. Ability to verify data before continue to import 4. ability to add Unlimited parameters/column for any statictic column for future purposes. 5. Ability to view imported data 6. Ability to edit imported data 7. Ability to delete data 8. Ability to search data based on Country, Statistic Title, Statistic Parameters/column & Statistic Year (This search is located at the front end) 9. Ability to generate table based on search using built in uploaded database, the table will be displayed at the "Joomla Front End". 10. Anything that have no data during selecting search parameter, should not appear in the dropdown search with the message "No Data" . Please note that we will require support for future script customization for this project. All payment will be escrowed and will only release if the project is in satisfactory. The provider should communicate using Yahoo Messenger to avoid delay in communication.
