I would like to create my own alt coin based on X11 and this open source coin:[url removed, login to view]

Please take a look at it and tell me how you're going to do this... once the base program is working, I have a few additions I'd like to add to this (for which I will pay extra once the base wallet works).

Deliverables: new wallet plus miner, demonstrate initial mining and increasing difficulty level... deliver executable for all platforms (Linux, Windows, MAC and 32,64 bit) 

Pay in BTC or USD (or any alt coin you prefer)
