My Wordpress Woocommerce website currently uses the Woothemes Follow Up Emails plugin found here [login to view URL] But the auto-email function that is supposed to be triggered 1 min after order is set to processing status is no longer working. I need someone to debug the plugin and tell me why it's not working.
