Build a Tumblr Template

This website theme will be simple in design. There will be a sidebar with buttons that link to other pages along with the ability to show and upload a sidebar image. There will also need to be a home button at the top of the page. When the cursor hovers over any posts, which should be in just one column with infinite scroll, reblog and like buttons should appear over the image as well as the date it was posted. There needs to also be an introductory page. This page will have text that will have the appearance of being typed as the viewer is watching the page. Once loaded there will be an enter button to appear at the bottom of the page to enter the main blog. The design will be provided by myself. My price range is $20-$40. Like I said this is a simple design and should be finished rather quickly. Let me know if you have any questions~!
