Hi I'm Nathaniel an architectural photographer of 8 years based in London. I've shot similar sounding residential properties in London and around the world. The rate I stated is for the first hour @ £150. Subsequent hours are then charged at £75/hr. Depending on your budget I can accommodate. We could do it in one hour or three from your description. As the single marketing material in advertising your property competing in a saturated and stagnant market money spent on good photography is highly recommended. I regularly shot properties who's owners a disenfranchised with estate agent photographers who charge £70/house. They go from no viewing to multiple viewings per day.
